IT之家 7 月 14 日消息，据新浪财经报道，百度创始人李彦宏最近在季度高管会上做了一场主题为《求真务实》的内部演讲，复盘了很多百度业务上的得失，也推翻了之前不少观点，其中就包括 Robotaxi。

IT之家参考相应报道获悉，李彦宏在这次演讲中对 Robotaxi 无人驾驶出租车技术路线进行调整，相比于之前一直坚持的多传感器或者车路协同路线，现在他更看好纯视觉路线。他告诉现场百度高管，萝卜快跑是在跟时间赛跑，“要切换到纯视觉路线才有机会”。

目前，Robotaxi 无人驾驶出租车一直有两条技术路线之争，一条是混合激光雷达和摄像头的技术路线，代表方为 Waymo、百度萝卜快跑。另一条是纯视觉路线，仅利用摄像头进行智驾，代表方为 f 特斯拉。

当下，百度正运行着国内最大的自动驾驶出租车队萝卜快跑，整体规模超过 2000 辆，并且在武汉等城市实现了“UE 转正”（即 Unit Economic model，单位经济模型，代表公司在商业模型中收入与成本关系的最小运作单元，是衡量一家企业经营情况的重要指标），百度还在极力推动萝卜快跑出海，落地迪拜、东京、新加坡等地。
