mm2 Asia (SGX:1B0) said the company is evaluating its options in view of statutory demands made against its associated company, Cathay Cineplexes over unpaid rent and other associated costs, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company is looking to continue negotiations with the associated company's landlords to restructure existing obligations, pursuing a scheme of arrangement under a court-supervised process or pursuing a winding up of the associated company.
Shares of the company were down over 14% in recent trading.
