消息面上，歌礼制药发布公告，宣布其在美国开展的联合用药研究已完成所有28例肥胖受试者的给药。这项研究旨在评估超长效皮下注射小分子THRβ激动剂ASC47单次给药与司美格鲁肽联合使用的安全性、耐受性以及初步疗效。该临床试验于2025年5月开始入组，所有受试者在两个月内快速完成入组。预期将在2025年第四季度获得顶线数据。
中信建投此前表示，歌礼制药的ASC30和ASC47两款药物亮相ADA大会，产品后续前景值得关注。其中，ASC30的SAD研究表明其具备良好的药动学特征以及长半衰期，产品成药性好，同时药物安全性良好，主要副作用为轻中度。ASC47的研究结果表明其在临床前动物模型中具备减脂增肌和降体重效果，后续人体结果值得期待。综上我们认为，公司的创新管线临床持续推进，各项研究结果均表明产品具备好的成药性和安全型基础，后续临床结果可期，看好公司未来发展。
