智通财经APP获悉，微创医疗(00853)现跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.1%，报8.75港元，成交额1.57亿港元。
消息面上，微创医疗公布，预计上半年集团收入同比下降不超过4%(剔除汇率影响)。其中，除手术机器人业务外，其他主要业务板块收入均有不同程度的下降或增速放缓。期间亏损不超过1.1亿美元，去年同期亏损约1.07亿美元。
值得注意的是，微创医疗宣布计划心律管理业务与子公司心通医疗合并。据悉，2021年7月，微创医疗为微创心律引入高瓴投资等机构，但约定若微创心律未能在2025年7月17日前上市，且上市后的市值未达到15亿美元、募资少于1.5亿美元，则高瓴投资等机构有权要求微创心律赎回股份。分析人士指出，微创医疗当前是在试图借微创系自身的壳，来降低曾经的对赌赎回风险。
