汇丰控股即将解散其地缘政治风险团队，该团队曾负责协助高管层（偶尔也包括客户）应对日益加剧的全球不稳定局势。此举将影响亚欧两地不足10个岗位，但时机选择令人侧目——正值美中紧张关系再度升温，特朗普重新掌权为全球贸易流向增添新变数之际。

　　汇丰表示，在首席执行官祈耀年（Georges Elhedery）推动精简运营、削减成本的总体战略下，现有团队将吸收风险咨询职能。

　　这一决策使汇丰与部分竞争对手分道扬镳。

　　摩根大通近期成立了地缘政治中心，提供中东、俄乌等热点地区深度分析；高盛与瑞德（Lazard）也在扩展地缘政治咨询服务，旨在帮助客户在动荡环境中获取战略优势。而受地缘不确定性导致的交易停滞拖累，美国五大投行整体营收仍较2021年水平低近40%。市场对精准政治情报的需求非但未减弱，反而可能正在加速增长。

　　汇丰坚称并未放弃协助客户管理全球风险，只是转换了方式。“我们将持续聚焦于帮助客户应对复杂多变的国际环境，”该行在声明中表示。但结合富国银行近期因高管被限制离境而暂停赴华差旅的事件，银行业的不安情绪显而易见。此番精简究竟会带来成效，还是让汇丰暴露于风险之中，将成为未来数月最值得关注的银行业动态之一。
