智通财经APP讯，金杯汽车(600609.SH)发布公告，公司及合并报表子公司向华晨集团管理人申报债权确认金额6.78亿元，根据重整计划的清偿方案，公司及合并报表子公司全部选择现金方式受偿，预计受偿金额合计1.38亿元;截至本公告日，公司及合并报表子公司已全部收回华晨集团上述债权受偿款共计1.38亿元。上述债权相关的损失公司已于2020年度、2021年度计提完毕。
公司及合并报表子公司于近日收到华晨集团最后一批债权受偿款合计3,993.30万元，2025年度公司及合并报表子公司累计收回华晨集团债权受偿款5,582.71万元，该事项将增加公司2025年度业绩。
