金风科技(02208.HK) (002202.SZ) 公布，其全资子公司“金风国际控股(香港)有限公司” 及 控股子公司“Goldwind New Energy South Africa Proprietary Limited”(金风新能源南非)，以联营体的形式与Seriti Green Asset Management Proprietary Limited(下称Seriti)签署《风电场长期服务协议》，由金风国际和金风新能源南非共同为Seriti提供风机、土建以及电气设备的长期维护服务。
