智通财经APP讯，迷策略(02440)发布公告，由于本公司与本公司核数师安永会计师事务所(安永)未能就截至2025年12月31日止财政年度的审计费用达成协议。应董事会要求，安永已辞任本公司核数师，自2025年7月22日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，根据审核委员会的建议，德勤•关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)已获议决委任为本公司核数师，自2025年7月22日起生效，以填补安永辞任后的临时空缺。
