于潜在收购事项完成后，目标公司将由公司全资拥有。这将允许集团完全拥有、管理及经营该酒店。
公司管理层相信，潜在收购事项为集团带来良机扩大其物业组合，并透过酒店经营以受惠于中国澳门经济复苏。
