- Morgan Stanley MS.N is being probed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (Finra) over whether the Wall Street giant properly vetted its clients for money-laundering risks.

- The U.S. and Japan have reached a trade agreement, President Trump wrote in a social-media post Tuesday evening, saying he would set his so-called reciprocal tariffs at 15% for the country.

- Comcast CMCSA.O and Charter Communications CHTR.O have agreed to use T-Mobile's TMUS.O network to deliver mobile services to their business clients starting in 2026, the companies said Tuesday. Financial terms of the multi-year agreement weren’t disclosed.

- President Trump said that he anticipates receiving advertising and public service ad commitments worth $20 million from Skydance Media, the company in the process of merging with CBS parent Paramount Global PARA.O.
