Bitcoin Depot Inc. has appointed Philip Brown as the new Chief Compliance Officer. Brown will manage the company's compliance program, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer protocols, transaction monitoring, and compliance strategies across states. He will also lead regulatory engagement efforts to support Bitcoin Depot's expansion in the U.S. and internationally. Brown previously served as director of compliance and chief compliance officer for North America at Banxa.
