7月21日，中国领先的新消费数字科技服务商乐信（NASDAQ：LX）发布公告，宣布6000万美元回购计划。包括，董事会授权公司在未来12个月内回购不超过5000万美元公司股票；同时，CEO肖文杰计划个人出资不超过1000万美元增持公司股票。此次回购充分展现乐信管理层对公司发展的长期信心。

　　当前，公司利润率已连续4个季度环比大幅增长。2025年一季度利润（Non-GAAP EBIT）5.8亿元，同比增长104.7%，环比增长25.3%，创13个季度以来最高。管理层对2025年全年净利润同比大幅增长的业绩指引充满信心。公司高度重视股东回报，半年内两次提高分红比例，2025年下半年开始，分红比例将从净利润的25%提升到30%。

　　分析指出，若本次回购金额全额执行，叠加分红比例，乐信股东回报率将提升至约13%，达到行业中上水平。结合当前不到4倍的PE（25E）估值，乐信投资价值凸显。
