2025 年 7 月 22 日，生活概念控股（股份代号：8056）公告称，通过一般授权以“配售新股份”方式融资，配售新股份发行 13,650,000 股（约 0.1 亿股），募集约 0.038 亿港元（扣除费用后净得约 0.037 亿港元）。本次融资由创升证券担任配售代理。
