　　“2025（第二十四届）中国互联网大会”于7月23日-25日在北京举行。360公司董事长周鸿祎对新浪科技表示，DeepSeek创始人梁文锋一门心思做AGI，根本没有想做一个APP。

　　近期，有关DeepSeek流量下降的话题引发热议，对此，周鸿祎直言，“梁老板（梁文锋）就没有想认真做一个APP、做to c的应用”，“流量涨的时候，它（DeepSeek）涨得最厉害的，但是网站速度慢的要死，他都不在乎，所以他没有往App这一方去发展，他是一门心思要搞AGI，要在大模型上发力”。

　　周鸿祎说，梁文锋是一个有梦想的人，不屑于做个APP，有多少日活，要去融资，搞收费。“他把自己的技术全都开源免费了”，周鸿祎说。

　　虽然DeepSeek官方的流量确实在下降，但周鸿祎强调，很多第三方的云服务商上都在运行DeepSeek的服务，这些用了DeepSeek的大模型的流量一直很高。

　　“还有一个最了不起的地方是，DeepSeek是世界第一个把大模型免费、开源的”，周鸿祎说，这对中国大模型产业的发展做了很大的贡献。
