智通财经APP讯，天彩控股(03882)发布公告，于2025年7月21日，买方(本公司间接全资附属公司)与卖方北京汇森通科技订立该协议，以就建立本集团商超即时配送系统服务收购该等资产，代价人民币2000万元(相当于约2200万港元(含税))。
据悉，将收购的资产包括3200辆电动配送车辆;4000组新能源电池;及160组新能源充电设备。
董事会认为，为各商超提供即时配送系统服务，仍是蓝海市场，尤其是国内生鲜电商市场的快速扩张，并相信本集团的这一新业务板块具有巨大的商业潜力。本集团通过涉足商超即时配送系统服务这一新业务领域，将能够拓宽及多元化本集团的业务，并增加本集团的收入来源。
