智通财经APP获悉，紫金矿业(02899)午后涨超4%，高见22.7港元，再创上市新高。截至发稿，涨3.23%，报22.35港元，成交额13.65亿港元。
消息面上，紫金矿业此前发布业绩预告，预计上半年实现归母净利润约232亿元，同比增长约54%；实现扣非归母净利润约215亿元，同比增长约40%。单看二季度，预计实现归母净利润130亿元，同比增长47.7%，环比增长28.2%；预计实现扣非归母净利润116亿元，同比增长26.2%，环比增长17.6%。
6月30日，紫金黄金国际向香港联交所递交了首次公开发行股票并在香港联交所主板上市的申请资料，且刊登于香港联交所网站。中信建投指出，紫金黄金国际港股上市进程或加速。本次分拆上市恰逢黄金价格上行周期，有利于推动公司黄金资产价值重估。此外，有望推进公司国际化进程、拓宽国际优质投资者渠道、提升境外资本市场融资和并购交易中的竞争力和灵活性。
