Odaily星球日报讯 7 月 23 日，Cango Inc.（NYSE: CANG）灿谷宣布完成向全球比特币矿业的转型，同时任命了新一届董事会（简称“董事会”）及高级管理团队。 根据 2025 年 7 月 23 日通过的决议，董事会任命： （1）Xin Jin 为董事会主席兼非执行董事； （2）Peng Yu 为首席执行官兼董事； （3）Chang-Wei Chiu 为董事； （4）Yongyi Zhang 为首席财务官； （5）Simon Ming Yeung Tang 为首席投资官。 为增强治理，董事会另任命： （1）独立董事 Chi Ming Lee 为薪酬委员会及提名与公司治理委员会成员； （2）独立董事 Yanjun Lin 为薪酬委员会主席兼提名与公司治理委员会成员； （3）Haitian Lu 为提名与公司治理委员会主席兼薪酬委员会成员。 同期，董事会接受 Xiaojun Zhang 辞去董事及董事会主席职务，以及 Jiayuan Lin 辞去首席执行官、临时首席财务官及董事职务。二人同时完成二次收购——向 Enduring Wealth Capital Limited 合计出售 1000 万股 B 类普通股，总对价 7000 万美元；并自愿将其控股公司持有的剩余 B 类普通股全部转换为每股一票投票权的 A 类普通股。交易完成后，其合计持有公司总流通股的 18.54%及总投票权的 12.07%；Enduring Wealth Capital Limited 则持有公司约 2.82%的流通股及 36.73%的投票权。（PR Newswire）
