金吾财讯 | 外卖平台股集体高开，美团(03690)涨4.48%，京东(09618)涨3.2%，阿里巴巴(09988)涨2.59%。国家市场监管总局约谈阿里巴巴旗下饿了么、美团及京东三家平台企业，要求相关平台企业严格遵守《电子商务法》、《反不正当竞争法》及《食品安全法》等法律法规规定，严格落实主体责任，进一步规范促销行为，理性参与竞争，共同构建消费者、商家、外卖骑手和平台企业等多方共赢的良好生态，促进餐饮服务行业规范健康持续发展。此外，据不完全统计，从今年5月开始至今，陆续已有湖北、陕西、云南、福建、山东、广西、山西、新疆以及北京、青岛、大连、深圳、珠海、重庆、大同、遵义、济南、洛阳等超过10个省、市及自治区的餐饮行业协会陆续发布倡议书，呼吁饿了么、美团及京东三家平台企业停止“内卷式”竞争，立即停止非理性补贴，取消低于成本价补贴活动，禁止强制摊派补贴，转向高质量发展，明确补贴上限与账期保障等。
