智通财经APP讯，汇森股份(02127)发布公告，于2025年7月21日，本公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中载述就本公司股份恢复买卖的下列指引(复牌指引)：
(i)进行独立的法证调查，以确定任何潜在的滥用或挪用资金和资产、未经授权的交易和/或违反上市规则的行为，包括但不限于与未经授权的交易、未披露的索赔、重新分类和其他损失有关的事项;评估对公司业务运营和财务状况的影响;公布调查结果;幷采取适当的补救措施;
(ii)证明监管机构对集团管理层及/或对公司管理和运营有重大影响力的任何人士的诚信、能力及/或品格没有合理的担忧，因为这可能会给投资者带来风险幷损害市场信心;
(iii)进行独立的内部控制审查，证明公司有足够的内部控制和程序来履行上市规则规定的义务;
(iv)证明公司遵守了上市规则第13.24条的规定;以及
(v)向市场通报所有重要信息，以便公司股东和其他投资者评估公司状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
