Latrobe Magnesium (ASX:LMG) said that the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Victoria has amended the company's existing pilot project license, which governs operations at its Hazelwood North site in Victoria which has extending its validity until Feb. 2, 2027, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it is waiting for full commissioning and operation permissions, as the EPA may still have some comments, which they will advise the company by the middle of next week.
The company is planning to recommence its Hydromet operations, with operational personnel to commence work on Aug. 4.
The company's shares fell past 6% on market close.
