智通财经APP讯，银盛数惠(03773)发布公告，预计截至2025年6月30日止6个月公司股东应占溢利约人民币1170万元至人民币1280万元，较截至2024年6月30日止6个月公司股东应占溢利(约人民币2130万元)减少约40%至45%。有关溢利下滑主要是由于以下原因：
集团于2025年上半年持续投入资源于数字权益产品和服务，以构建起覆盖数字权益领域全链路的产品和服务矩阵;同时，集团也加速数字化系统平台生态建设，积极打造数惠Master智慧中台系统，并已推出了数字化权益商品综合采购商城(数惠聚采商城)，推动数字权益交易生态实现高效运转与持续升级。该等业务转型布局和运营模式革新措施令到集团于2025年上半年在研发费用和人力成本方面的投入较2024年上半年有所增加;及截至2025年6月30日止6个月的手机话费及手机流量代充业务交易量较去年同期有所下降及成本率上升，令到集团整体毛利率有所下降。
