Nimy Resources (ASX:NIM)

Nimy Resources said it has been served with a Writ of Summons in the Western Australia Supreme Court by Lind Global Fund II, an institutional fund managed by US-based Lind Partners, with whom the company entered into a placement agreement disclosed in August 2023.

Sprintex (ASX:SIX)

Sprintex secured a three-year supply agreement with Guangdong Baode Technology, a Chinese supplier of aeration equipment to the aquaculture sector. Guangdong Baode Technology will distribute the company's G15 series blowers under the agreement.

Chilwa Minerals (ASX:CHW)

Chilwa Minerals said positive metallurgical test work results from feed characterization using a sample of material from the Mposa deposit drill core will be used as the basis for flowsheet development.

Viridis Mining and Minerals (ASX:VMM)

Viridis Mining and Minerals and its joint venture entity, Viridion, were chosen by the Brazilian National Bank for Economic and Social Development and the Federal Agency for Studies and Projects to proceed with a joint support plan in line with the proposal submitted by the company in April.

Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R)

Miramar Resources started an airborne geophysical survey at its Bangemall project in Western Australia. The survey is co-funded for up to AU$250,000 through the government's exploration incentive scheme.
