ChainCatcher 消息，纳斯达克上市公司 Upexi（纳斯达克代码：UPXI）与 A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners 签署了一份股权融资额度协议，根据该协议，在满足特定限制条件和成交条件的前提下，Upexi 公司可自行决定出售至多 5 亿美元的普通股。该公司表示，将把股权融资额度所得款项用于一般企业用途，并推进其 Solana 资产储备战略。
股权融资额度架构使 Upexi 公司能够自主选择进入资本市场的时机，而无需立即进行融资。此类协议通常允许公司根据市场状况和资金需求，在一段时间内出售股票。
