智通财经APP讯，天臣控股(01201)发布公告，公司于2025年7月28日与深圳市深电供电新能源有限公司订立一份框架合作协议。根据框架协议，公司与合作方拟成立合资公司，初步命名为“深圳市天臣深电新能源有限公司”，注册资本拟定为人民币3000万元，其股权将由公司及合作方分别持有66%及34%。
合资公司预计在中国深圳及周边地区投资、成立及营运新能源重型货车充电站项目。
公告称，项目符合公司拓展新能源业务的战略目标。项目预期将促进一体化充电基础设施网络的发展，从而巩固公司的长期竞争力，并有助于提升股东价值。
