IT之家 7 月 25 日消息，Moore's Law is Dead 频道在最新一期视频中，主播 Tom 分享了关于 AMD Radeon RX 10900 XT 显卡的相关信息，配备 36GB GDDR7 显存，台积电 3nm 工艺，154 个计算单元。

IT之家援引泄露信息，AMD 即将推出的下一代旗舰显卡 Radeon RX 10900 XT 将基于 RDNA 5 架构，搭载 36GB GDDR7 显存，显存速度达到 36Gbps，采用台积电 3nm 工艺。

该消息源认为在性能上，该显卡可以媲美英伟达下一代 GeForce RTX 6090 显卡，标志着 AMD GPU 性能在 2026-2027 年间的重大飞跃。

消息称 Radeon RX 10900 XT（上市后可能采用其它名称）显卡将采用名为“AT0”的核心，配备最高 154 个计算单元，40MB 的 L2 缓存，380W 的功耗，384-bit 的位宽。
