受全球经济波动和地缘政治不确定性等复杂因素的影响，集团自2024年以来盈利后退。董事们一直在积极审视并计划对集团现有业务进行调整，以精简运营并改善集团未来的财务状况。此次出售事项使集团能够投入更多资源和精力，专注于其他核心业务范围，以促进未来发展。
