This enhancement, developed in partnership with Employee Navigator, acts as a digital bridge between systems, enabling automatic creation and configuration of employee benefits plans for small and medium-sized businesses. By eliminating manual data entry, the API significantly reduces the time and effort required for brokers to onboard employer clients, allowing them to progress from sale notification to enrollment readiness within hours. This innovation is part of Equitable's commitment to providing a modern, user-friendly experience, with 97% of brokers noting ease of business with the company. The API capability is available immediately following the initial step of Equitable's digital onboarding process.
