美国企业7月加大招聘力度，但步伐仍显示劳动力需求疲软。

　　周三公布的ADP Research数据显示，私营部门就业人数增加10.4万。接受彭博调查的经济学家的预估中值为增加7.6万。

　　数据显示，休闲和酒店业以及金融活动领域的就业增长最为明显，而教育和医疗服务领域连续第四个月下降。

　　“我们的招聘和薪资数据总体上显示经济健康，”ADP首席经济学家Nela Richardson在声明中表示。“雇主们更加乐观地认为，作为经济支柱的消费者将保持韧性。”

　　尽管7月数据好于预期，但私营部门的招聘速度仍明显低于去年平均水平。由于特朗普政府政策带来的经济不确定性增加，雇主们在招聘决策方面变得更加谨慎。

　　这份由ADP与斯坦福数字经济实验室合作发布的报告还显示，薪资增长保持稳定。更换工作的雇员薪资增长7%，留在原职的雇员薪资增长4.4%。ADP的数据分析基于覆盖超过2500万名美国私营部门员工的薪资信息。
