智通财经APP讯，鹰瞳科技-B(02251)公布，于2025年7月30日，该公司拟向于湛先生及杨永康先生收购北京智瞳科技有限公司30%股权，总代价为人民币2450万元。
于本公告日期，该公司拥有目标公司70%股权。于收购事项完成后，目标公司将成为公司的全资附属公司，而目标公司集团的财务业绩将继续并入该公司财务报表。
截至本公告日期，目标公司集团主要在中国从事近视治疗仪的研发、生产及销售。
公司认为，根据收购事项拟进行的建议收购目标公司余下30%股权将是实现集团创造更大价值战略，并达成公司优化附属公司整体股权结构目标的重要一步。于收购事项完成后，目标公司将成为公司的全资附属公司，且公司将对目标公司拥有全面控制权。
