MARA 与 Auradine 的合作不仅限于设备采购。今年 2 月，MARA 投资 2,000 万美元购买 Auradine 优先股，并将此前 120 万美元的可转换票据转换为股权，目前在 Auradine 的总投资达 8,540 万美元，同时获得一个董事会席位。
