China Energy Storage Technology Development (HKG:1143) further extended the deadline of a share placement agreement to Aug. 19 from July 29 previously, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The move comes as the electronics manufacturer needs additional time to fulfill certain conditions under the agreement.
