同源康医药(2410.HK)盘初一度跌超7%，报19.4港元。消息面上，公司公布，配售9230万股新H股，每股配售价17.01港元，集资约1.57亿港元。配售价较上日收市价折让约19%；配售股份相当于扩大后已发行股本约2.43%。公司表示，拟将配售所得款项净额约60%用于现有管线的研发及商业化；约30%用于加强其内部研发技术能力及扩展其产品组合；及约10%用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
