华福证券研报指出，新时达凭借对控制技术的掌握和理解，通过正向研发推出电梯控制器产品，引领及变革了电梯控制器行业。目前该业务在电梯控制器的可为市场里，名列全球第二。公司的核心是基于算法和软件的控制技术，2010年公司上市之后，始终坚定控制技术的发展基因，将控制技术从电梯行业向外延伸至机器人行业和工控行业。目前公司的主营业务包括三大业务板块：电梯控制产品及系统业务、机器人产品及系统业务、控制与驱动产品及系统业务。根据公司官网，公司业务可分为5大板块，智慧电梯、变频驱动、运动控制、工业机器人、智能制造生产线，形成智能制造全产业链布局。另外，海尔集团战略入股，机器人业务实现软硬件协同。机器人产业是未来家庭与工业场景的核心方向，新时达的技术积累符合海尔在工业自动化、国产化替代领域的战略布局。考虑到公司2025年业绩扭亏，且2026、2027年均保持较高利润增速，海尔集团战略入股后有望促进公司业务发展，首次覆盖给予“持有”评级。
