智通财经APP讯，黄河实业(00318)发布公告，预期本集团截至2025年4月30日止年度(本年度)将取得归属本公司拥有人的应占溢利1000万港元至1200万港元，而截至2024年4月30日止年度(去年)取得约2110万港元。此预期减幅约900万港元至1100万港元，主要由于根据估值初稿，本集团投资物业组合的公平值按非现金会计处理减少约1700万港元至1800万港元所致。管理层认为此公允价值下降主要由于本年度物业市场整体疲弱所致。由于此项减值属未实现性质的非现金会计处理，预期不会对本集团的现金流或运作构成重大影响。
