董事会建议委任饶朝晖(彼于服务集团方面拥有长期及丰富经验，对集团的业务以及股东及高级管理层均有深入了解)为董事，惟须经股东于公司临时股东大会上批准，任期自紧随公司临时股东大会结束后开始直至董事会本届任期届满为止。
非执行董事徐风雷已获委任为授权代表，自2025年7月25日起生效。
