消息面上，有赞发布公告，预计上半年收益约7.09亿至7.19亿元人民币，同比增加约3.3%至4.8%；净利润约6800万至7400万元人民币，去年同期为净亏损约人民币429.5万元，同比实现扭亏为盈，主要得益于整体收入提升；随着AI工具的广泛使用及经营效率提升，人均产出同比提高；及因历史收购形成的无形资产已于2024年年末完成摊销，相关费用影响消除。
值得注意的是，人民银行北京市分行公示的一则许可信息显示，北京高汇通商业管理有限公司已获准更名为北京有赞支付有限公司，同时其注册资本由1.5亿元增至2亿元。有赞支付此番进行的公司更名主要是为了满足监管需求。根据有赞2024年报，去年一年，商家通过有赞的解决方案产生的商品交易总额达到约1028亿元，较2023年增加约3亿元。
