智通财经APP讯，火山邑动国际控股(01715)发布公告，董事会建议向股东提呈建议进行股本重组，当中涉及：
(i)股本削减，据此透过注销每股已发行股份之缴足股本0.249港元，将每股已发行股份的名义值或面值由0.25港元削减至0.001港元;
(ii)股份拆细，据此紧随股本削减生效后，将每股名义值或面值0.25港元的法定但未发行股份拆细为250股每股名义值或面值0.001港元的新股份;
(iii)因股本削减而产生的进账将用于抵销公司于股本削减生效日期的累计亏损，从而减少公司的累计亏损。进账余额(如有)将转拨至公司的可分派储备账，而公司可能以所有适用法例及公司的组织章程大纲及细则所允许的方式及按董事会认为合适的情况动用有关金额。
