JLL Capital Markets has successfully arranged the $30 million sale of Eden Square, a 230,255-square-foot shopping center anchored by Giant Food, located in Bear, Delaware. The transaction saw Acadia Realty Trust as the seller and Lenox Group as the buyer. Eden Square boasts a strategic location with excellent visibility along the Rte-40 and Rte-1 interchange, just 10 miles from Wilmington and 30 miles from Philadelphia. The center, which is 98% occupied, includes national tenants such as LA Fitness, Starbucks, and Dollar Tree. This sale highlights the ongoing demand for grocery-anchored shopping centers in the mid-Atlantic region.
