智通财经APP获悉，硅料股早盘拉升，截至发稿，新特能源(01799)涨6.02%，报7.05港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨4.27%，报1.22港元。
消息面上，工业和信息化部印发2025年度多晶硅行业专项节能监察任务清单，要求各地工业和信息化主管部门按照《通知》要求抓紧组织实施，于2025年9月30日前将监察结果报送至工业和信息化部（节能与综合利用司）。
据悉，国家发改委、市场监管总局近日公布《价格法修正草案（征求意见稿）》，完善低价倾销的认定标准，规范市场价格秩序，治理“内卷式”竞争。基于不得低于生产经营成本销售的政策要求，以多晶硅为代表的光伏主材价格近期大涨。交银国际认为，若该要求能严格执行，高成本产能有望快速出清。此外，多晶硅能耗标准大幅收紧，新增绿电消费比例要求，均利好颗粒硅。
