智通财经APP讯，翼辰实业(01596)发布公告，预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月本集团将取得合并净利润约人民币4870万元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月则取得合并净亏损约人民币4220万元，反映转亏为盈约人民币9090万元。
董事会认为，本集团的财务表现改善主要由于：(i)截至2025年6月30日止6个月并无确认交易性金融资产相关的公允值变动亏损及处置交易性金融资产取得的投资亏损，原因为本公司已于2024年处置持有的全部香港上市公司证券，而于截至2024年6月30日止6个月，有关亏损约为人民币5810万元;(ii)于截至2025年6月30日止6个月本集团毛利增加约人民币2520万元，主要受铁路项目工程施工进度及客户结构变动所推动。
