消息面上，7月22日上午，中电光谷与武汉市新洲区签署战略合作协议，双方将围绕星谷东部产业新城的产业发展，以星谷科创中心和星谷科技城为支点展开全方位和全周期合作，共同推进新洲“3+N”现代产业体系的构建。
中电光谷2024年年度报告显示，公司实现收入为35.89亿元人民币，净利润为1.06亿元，经营活动现金流持续6年为正。期内，中电光谷园区运营服务的收入为22.16亿元，占公司总收入的比例为62%，较2023年同期时的54%上升8个百分点。值得一提的是，敏捷定制正在成为产业地产商业模式创新的主要路径，2024年敏捷定制签约面积超过10万平方米，合同额超过人民币4亿元。
