Acrophyte Hospitality Trust's (SGX:XZL) net property income or NPI declined 14% in H1 to $18 million from $21 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Revenue declined 6.9% year over year to $78.1 million from $83.9 million, mainly due to a 7.3% reduction in available rooms for sale.
