智通财经APP获悉，Shopify公司(SHOP.US)在周三盘前公布第二季度财报，因季度营收及第三季度业绩展望均超出市场预期，股价在美股盘前大幅上涨，一度飙升17%。数据显示，公司第二季度营收增长31%至26.80亿美元，超过分析师预期的25%，且所有区域的增长均有所加速。
首席财务官杰夫·霍夫迈斯特在一份声明中表示，“Shopify 再次交出了出色的季度业绩，在北美、欧洲和亚太地区，商品交易总额（GMV）和营收增速均环比加快。其中欧洲市场表现尤为强劲，在恒定汇率基础上，GMV 增长 42%。”“从首次创业的新人到全球品牌，各类规模的商户都选择通过 Shopify 拓展业务，他们的成功正是我们成功的驱动力。”
这家总部位于渥太华的公司预计，第三季度营收增长率将达到25%-30%区间，高于分析师预期的22%。毛利润增长率预计为20%-25%区间，同样超过市场共识预期的17%。自由现金流利润率将达到15%-20% 区间。
彭博情报指出，结合其第三季度展望来看，营收增长可能源于大型商户入驻平台，而非消费者为规避关税提前购物。
截至发稿，该股周三盘前上涨16%，报147.3美元。
