智通财经APP讯，瑞丽医美(02135)发布公告，董事会预期本集团将取得：截至2025年6月30日止6个月的收益约人民币8500万元(截至2024年6月30日止6个月：收益约人民币1.17亿元);及截至2025年6月30日止6个月，母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币800万元(截至2024年6月30日止6个月：母公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币200万元)。
董事会认为，亏损乃主要由于以下原因：于截至2025年6月30日止6个月(报告期)内，由于市场竞争激烈，本集团的总收入下滑，较截至2024年6月30日止6个月的总收入减少约人民币3200万元，导致医疗美容服务及医疗美容管理咨询服务分部出现经营性亏损约人民币200万元;于报告期内，本集团购股权开支约为人民币100万元;及为了加快本集团的医疗器械产品研发及生产，本集团加大对本公司间接非全资附属公司苏州瑞泉生物医药科技有限公司(苏州瑞泉)(前称“苏州咏蓝生物医药科技有限公司”)研发活动的投入。截至2025年6月30日止6个月，苏州瑞泉的管理费用及研发费用约为人民币100万元。该等开支尚未自报告期内由此产生的经济利益中收回。
