CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (SGX:A17U) completed the acquisition of business space 5 Science Park Drive, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were up under 1% in Thursday's trade.
The REIT used about SG$137.1 million of the total SG$500 million raised from a private placement to partially finance the acquisition.
