智通财经APP讯，重塑能源(02570)发布公告，于2025年8月8日举行的董事会会议上，董事会议决将赛拉弗重塑的注册资本由人民币3000万元增加至人民币1亿元，故公司将就建议额外出资人民币7000万元支付总现金代价人民币7000万元。
赛拉弗重塑主要从事太阳能发电技术服务及新兴能源技术的研发。赛拉弗重塑是负责中国西北地区氢能市场开发以及中国宁夏太阳山绿氢“制储输用”一体化项目(“太阳山一体化项目”)实施的主要经营实体。
于本公告日期，赛拉弗重塑由新蜂重塑全资拥有，而新蜂重塑由公司及新蜂绿能均等拥有。建议额外出资完成后，赛拉弗重塑将由公司及新蜂重塑分别拥有70%及30%，且赛拉弗重塑将成为公司子公司，赛拉弗重塑的财务业绩将于公司财务报表中综合入账。
