Triveni Turbine (NSE:TRITURBINE, BOM:533655) shares fell nearly 8% in recent Tuesday trade, a day after reporting a decline in attributable consolidate profit to 645 million Indian rupees in fiscal first quarter from 800 million rupees a year earlier.
Earnings per share during the quarter ended June 30 slid to 2.03 rupees from 2.52 rupees a year earlier, according to a Monday filing on the Indian bourses.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q1 fell to 3.71 billion rupees from 4.63 billion rupees a year ago.
