ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cryptonews 报道，乌克兰国家银行（NBU）行长 Andriy Pyshnyy 表示，支持加密货币合法化但不支持其作为支付手段。他强调，加密货币合法化不应削弱央行的货币政策工具有效性。
同时，Pyshnyy 透露 NBU 正在测试数字货币（CBDC）架构模型，并正在为试点项目做准备。考虑到乌克兰的欧洲一体化进程，NBU 特别关注数字欧元项目的发展，目前已与欧洲央行、德国联邦银行、比利时国家银行、法国银行和新加坡金融管理局展开合作。
