凤凰网科技讯 北京时间8月7日，据彭博社报道，日本半导体设备巨头东京电子(TEL)今天首次就台积电芯片技术外泄事件发表公开声明。该公司表示，已开除其中国台湾子公司的一名员工。
此前，台积电曝出芯片技术外泄事件。多名台积电前员工涉嫌在任职期间试图获取与2纳米芯片开发和生产相关的关键专有信息。综合多家媒体报道，这些机密信息流向了东京电子的一名设备工程师，此人曾在台积电系统整合部门任职。
东京电子今天证实，中国台湾子公司的一名员工卷入了台积电机密外泄案。“东京电子始终恪守最高标准的法律合规与道德准则，对此类违规行为采取零容忍政策。我们已对涉案的中国台湾子公司员工采取严厉纪律处分并开除，同时全力配合司法机关的调查工作。”东京电子称。
东京电子还表示，根据公司内部调查结果，他们尚未发现相关机密信息泄露至第三方的证据。由于案件已进入司法审理阶段，现阶段无法透露更多细节。(作者/箫雨)
