AAR (AIR) said Tuesday it acquired maintenance planning software provider Aerostrat for $15 million, plus contingent consideration of up to $5 million.
The company said the purchase expands the enterprise resource planning system capabilities of its Trax unit.
AAR shares were up 2.8% in recent premarket activity.
